C. Subscriber Data You Collect

When users opt-in through your MagnetHub landing pages, we collect their email addresses on your behalf. You are the data controller for this subscriber data, and we process it as your data processor to provide the Service.

D. Analytics and Tracking

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Your lead magnets and subscriber data are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion anytime by emailing hello@magnethub.ai.
