Terms of Service

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use MagnetHub. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

A. Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice.

B. Lead Magnet Limits

Each plan includes a set number of lead magnets you can create per month. For example, the Free plan allows 3 lead magnets per month, while the Pro plan offers unlimited lead magnets. Limits reset monthly and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

C. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

D. Refunds

All payments are final. Refunds may be granted only in cases of verified technical error or duplicate billing, at our discretion. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use MagnetHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or resell the Service or its outputs
• Use the Service to create competing products
• Upload or transmit unlawful or infringing content
• Use YouTube content in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
• Create lead magnets that contain harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Interfere with networks, security, or platform stability
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

MagnetHub uses large language models (LLMs) to analyze content and generate lead magnets such as ebooks, checklists, and guides. While we aim for quality, AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs or any consequences arising from the distribution of AI-generated lead magnets.

7. Source Content and Copyright

When you use YouTube videos or other content as input for lead magnet generation, you represent that you have the right to use such content or that your use qualifies as fair use under applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of source content complies with copyright laws and third-party terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in MagnetHub—including its code, design, trademarks, and original content—are owned by Supermind Labs LLC. You retain ownership of your original content and the lead magnets you create. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Subscriber Data

When you collect email addresses through MagnetHub landing pages, you are the data controller for that subscriber information. You agree to handle subscriber data in compliance with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM) and to provide appropriate privacy notices to your subscribers.

10. Privacy

Your use of MagnetHub is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Google, OpenAI, YouTube). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

MagnetHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, performance, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supermind Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Supermind Labs LLC and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service, the lead magnets you create, or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and we may delete your account data (including lead magnets and subscriber lists) except where retention is required by law. You may close your account anytime by contacting hello@magnethub.ai.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at magnethub.ai/terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
